We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDeal, Bancontact, and PayPal as payment methods in our online store.
Shipping
We aim to ship your TLANT order the same day, and deliver it in the following timeframes:
- The Netherlands: Within 1-2 days.
- Belgium, France, and Germany: Within 2-3 days.
- Other locations: Within 7 days, depending on local customs and courier services.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods at our facility or the post office, potentially causing delays of 1-2 days or longer. The latest estimates will be shown during checkout and through our shipment calculator on the cart page.
We currently ship to most EU countries. If you are located outside of these countries but would like to order our products, please reach out to us. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore possible options for international delivery.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. This code will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its status.

Returns & Refunds
Our return policy offers you the convenience of requesting a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, and in its original packaging. It should be unopened and unused. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) along with your return request.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
